What it fixes

Blurry photos

Out-of-focus or slightly shaken pictures get their edges and detail back. Very strong motion blur cannot be fully undone.

Old and scanned photos

Faces in old, faded or scanned family photos are restored: clear eyes, skin and hair, without the "plastic" look.

Small or low-quality pictures

WhatsApp-compressed images, screenshots and tiny thumbnails are upscaled 2× or 4× with real detail, not just stretched.

Product photos

Small supplier pictures become large, clean images for your shop listing.

Free & private

10 photos a day, no account. Photos are deleted straight after processing.

How to unblur a photo

  1. Choose the photo. JPG, PNG or WebP – big files are shrunk automatically before upload.
  2. Pick the size (same, 2× or 4×) and keep "Restore faces" on for photos of people.
  3. Click Enhance. After a few seconds, drag the slider to compare before and after, then download.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes – 10 enhanced photos per day per person, no sign-up and no watermark. The work is done on our own computer, which is why there is a daily limit.

Does it work on faces?

Yes. With "Restore faces" on, each face is detected and restored separately, then blended back into the photo. It works best when the face is at least about 100 pixels wide.

Will it invent details that were not there?

AI restoration fills in plausible detail, so a restored face can differ slightly from the real person. Fine for memories, profile pictures and prints; not suitable as evidence or for identification.

What is the biggest output?

Photos are processed at up to about 1.5 megapixels and then enlarged, so 4× gives up to around 5000 pixels on the long side.

Why does it say the enhancer is resting?

The picture server is a single machine and is sometimes offline. The background remover is separate and always works.
