Yes. Pictures are generated with Stable Diffusion XL (CreativeML Open RAIL++-M licence) and you may use what you create, as long as you follow the usage rules: nothing illegal, misleading, harmful or infringing other people's rights.
No. Your photo is sent over an encrypted connection, converted in memory and deleted straight away. See the privacy policy.
Describe the subject, the setting and the mood: "a red vintage car on a coastal road, golden hour, cinematic". Short, concrete descriptions work best. Then pick a look (realistic, cartoon, 3D…).
